Cellular signals in various city buildings, particularly in the firehouse, are poor.  While we have added a 4G extender in the EOC, this has a limited range, and only works for those with Verizon phones.  


Another feature common with most cell providers and modern phones is called WiFi Calling.  This allows you to make and receive calls over WiFi, in areas where cellular service is poor.  Each type of phone and provider is slightly different, but it likely needs to be enabled.  Here are links from some common cell providers to help you:
