Starting January 30th 2024, Police and Fire Cruisers accessing the Absolute Secure Access VPN VPN (formerly known as Netmotion VPN) will be prompted with a new authentication process.

In this new process, the Windows login screen will still require the same credentials, and once the desktop loads, you'll be prompted with the Okta login screen.
Please refer to the bottom of this article for screenshots in chronological order.

For Police: Use your City email address and password and select Yubikey Authenticator or Okta Verify Push (if configured) for MFA. The VPN will connect once authenticated.

For Fire: Use the vehicle ID for the email address, e.g. M101@worthington.org and current password. Select Yubikey Authenticator and tap on the key. The VPN will connect once authenticated.

IMPORTANT: If you close the Okta login pop up, you won't be connected to the VPN. Refer to the bottom of this article on how to prompt the connection manually.
