Junk E-Mail, Junk Mail, Infected Items and/or SPAM Mail:  Folders created by Outlook 365, ESET AV and our SPAM software to hold questionable email for your review. We use several methods to try to tag SPAM and remove viruses. These methods will tag the beginning of the subject line with “[SPAM MESSAGE]” to help you identify them. If you receive legitimate email in this folder or tagged as SPAM, right click on the email and select “Add to Safe Senders List”.  Also send the legitimate sender’s email address to ITDept. staff to be added to a global “White List”.
