Problem: You changed your password, but Outlook is disconnected. The pop-up box asks for your password, but it doesn't seem to accept your new password.
Possible Solution: We've seen several times where Outlook puts your full network login username (your first name initial and last name at cow.local, or [email protected]) instead of your email address ([email protected]). Type in your email address and new password, and don't forget to click the box so that Outlook remembers you.
