On the large screen on the phone in roll call, you should see your name and mailbox number.
- If the icon next to your name is flashing ON, you have a new voicemail. You can access your mailbox by pressing the button next to your name and enter your mailbox password.
- If the icon next to your name just says OFF, you do not have a new message. You will need to access your mailbox by pressing the Voicemail button (shown below circled in red). Then:
- Press *
- Enter your mailbox number.
- Press * again.
- Enter your mailbox password.
- You'll now be logged in your mailbox, and can follow the voice prompts.
- You can use the above directions to check your voicemail from any phone in the city. If it's a 5304 convenience phone, you'll dial 88100 instead of pressing the Voicemail button.
