Accessing your Voicemail


The first time you access your voicemail, a tutorial will automatically run to set your passcode, record your name, and record your greeting message. The default passcode is your Extension Number.

From your phone:

  1. When you have new messages, the Red Message Waiting Indicator light will flash, and you should also see the Voicemail Pending icon in the top status bar on the phone display.
  2. Press the Voicemail Button , OR dial 88100
  3. Enter your Passcode


From any other phone:

  1. Press the Voicemail Button , OR dial 88100
  2. When you hear the recorded name and are asked for the passcode for that phone's voicemail, Press * to access Voicemail Messenger Center
  3. Enter your Mailbox number
  4. When your greeting starts to play, Press * 
    1. Note that if you did NOT Press * for this step, you could leave a voice message after the greeting plays.
    2. IE, In Step 3 you could dial someone's extension and leave a message without their phone ringing.
  5. Enter your Passcode


From Outside:

If you have a DID Number:

  1. Dial your DID Number
  2. At the start of your greeting, Press * 
  3. Enter your Passcode

OR Dial the Auto Attendant Number:


  1. Dial the Voicemail Back Door number:  (614) 436-8750
  2. Enter your Mailbox number
    1. OR you could dial someone else's extension and leave a voicemail message for them.
  3. At the start of your greeting, Press * 
  4. Enter your Passcode
