MiCollab is integrated with the City's Windows Network and uses your Network Domain username and password to authenticate your account (the credentials needed when 1st booting up your City PC and logging into Windows).  You can use the MiCollab client if you have your own desk phone, that is associated with your City Network account.  You should have received a MiCollab Welcome Email message with instructions on how to setup the client.  The message may have gone to your "Junk" Email folder.  Please check there if you did not see it.

There are 2 versions of the MiCollab client:

  1. A Web Browser client, which will run in most web browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, etc.
    1. Enter https://micollab.worthington.org/ucs/micollab/ into your web browser's URL Address bar.

    2. The is a Shortcut to "MiCollab Web" client on City PC Desktops.

    3. Log in using you Network Domain credentials.

      1. If prompted to allow notifications, click Yes.

      2. Accept the License Agreement if you are prompted.

  2. A Desktop PC client, which needs to be installed by IT.
    1. Once setup, the PC client will automatically run when you log into the PC.  It also allows you to search your Personal Contacts entered in Microsoft Outlook.
    2. The initial setup requires entering a code sent in the Welcome Email message.
      1. If the PC client is already installed on your PC, but you don't have the code from the Welcome Email message, you can get the code after you log into the Web Browser client.
      2. After logging into the Web Browser client, Click the "Settings" Gear Icon in left menu panel, then Click "General", then click "Self Deployment", and Finally click the QR Code.

      3. You should see a prompt similar to below image asking if you want to open the MiCollab client.  Click "Yes".

      4. If you see a prompt that you need a new app to open MiCollab, the PC client is not installed on your PC.  Please contact the IT Help Desk @ Ext. 4000 to have the PC client installed if desired.  Simply press the <ESC> key to close the prompt.

      5. If the MiCollab PC Client opens,  Accept the License Agreement if you are prompted.  The Deployment Connection Code should automatically fill in and then you should see the prompt to enter a password.  Enter you Windows Network Domain password, and click "Apply".
