To override the schedule and put your main line number in night mode, you'll need to perform the steps below. If you don't know your departments' Call Director mailbox number or Call Director passcode, please contact IT.
- Press the Voicemail Key
- Press the * Key
- Enter your Call Director mailbox number
- Press the * Key
- Enter the Call Director passcode
- You will hear “You have no messages in your mailbox”, press *
- You will hear “You have no messages remaining
- To Enable or Disable Overrides press 3
- Press 1 to turn overrides On or Off
When you've returned and want to go back to the regular schedule, just follow the same steps, and in step 9 turn the override off.
