From the login page
- Enter your MiCollab Username ([email protected]) and your current email/computer password.
- Click the "Login" button
On the next page, select One-Time Conference:
On the One-Time Conference page, go ahead and give an identifiable name to your call, and select a start date and time for it along with the duration:
- Always set a longer duration than the meeting is expected to go for so the call isn't terminated before intended.
- Leave Published unchecked as this will require you to enter an additional password.
Once created, you will get a summary of the options selected and how to join:
If you select the E-mail option, your Outlook desktop application or your browser will attempt to create a new email that you can send to the external and internal participants:

Internal callers can join from their desk by calling 88200 and also entering the access code.
When participants join in the call, everybody will hear a beep alerting that someone else is in the conference room.
You can also monitor callers through the participants tab in the web portal and even add phone numbers of other ones to have the system call them directly:
Note: For the Add a new participant option to show up, at least the conference leader or any other participant needs to have joined the call.
