Due to Multi-Factor Authentication requirements we are changing the suggested approach to access your City email from a mobile device (this includes tablets with Android/iOS).


We highly recommend that you setup the Okta Verify app prior to following the steps below.


The setup steps are the same for both iOS and Android devices:


1. Look for Microsoft Outlook in either the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and press Install. Below are screenshots of the current versions available:

 2. Once installed, you will get a screen where you need to choose the type of account to add. Choose Office 365.
If you have previously setup the Okta Verify app or your City Email on the same phone, you might simply need to mark the check box for that account and it will be automatically setup.

If that isn't the case, the app will prompt you to enter your City email address: Firstname.LastName@Worthington.org and your password on the following screen.
