1. Tap Settings

2. iOS 12 and older -Your device isn't natively compatible with Multi-Factor Authentication. Install the Microsoft Outlook App from the App Store following this guide:

iOS 13 and newer –Tap Passwords & Accounts and then Add Account

3. Tap Microsoft Exchange

4. Enter your City Email address (firstname.lastname@worthington.org) and a Description for the account before tapping Next. On the next pop up, select Sign In.

5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

6. Enter your password and Sign In.

7. Authorize the Sign In notification from any of your authorized apps/devices/numbers.

8. Select what items to sync and tap Save.

Your account is setup, expect your email to populate on the iOS Mail app within a few seconds.
