If you receive an email with the above subject, and it looks like this:
it may look like a phishing email, but probably is not. To be sure, hover your mouse cursor over the blue Review button and if the link starts with https://protection.office.com/quarantine then the message is safe. This message actually is from Office 365; a notification that you have an email that it found to be suspicious, and has quarantined the message. If it is a genuine message, you're safe to click Review (you may need to login to Office 365). If you're certain the message is junk, feel free to ignore it, and the message will expire out of quarantine and be deleted.
