Keep in mind the following regarding the retention for recycle bin:
Deleted files are retained for 93 days, then they are deleted to a second-stage recycle bin for an additional 14 day window. After this stage, the files aren’t visible to the end user and Microsoft will completely purge them unless they fall under a retention policy.
1. Click the OneDrive taskbar icon, and select Recycle bin.
2. This will open the web browser, please log in with your email and computer password if you aren't logged in already.
3. Select items to recover and then select restore. They will be sent back to their original location.
